Established on November 20, 1970 Keystone Resort will be turning 40 years old. To celebrate this occasion Keystone will be offering $40 lift tickets (guests must print out a coupon from http://keystoneresort.com/40.com) for adults and children, and $40 lodging per person at the Keystone Inn. Free hot chocolate, coffee, and birthday cupcakes from Chef Ned Archibald’s bakery will be featured for the morning's wake up call. Memorabilia from Keystone’s inaugural year will be on hand for guests ready to ride the River Run Gondola. Come enjoy Keystone’s vintage prices, tasty treats, and seamless corduroy.
Also celebrating 40 years at Keystone Resort, Keystone’s founding families, the Bergman’s and Dercum’s will be opening the lifts at 9:00a.m. In the last week Keystone received more than 18” of fresh snow that has allowed for Keystone’s patrol to open new terrain everyday. Colorado’s high country remains under a hazardous weather outlook for today and tonight with weather forecasts calling for snow through Wednesday.
