Keystone Resort is ringing in the Holiday season in a big way. The celebration begins Friday, December 15 with the unveiling of Keystones’ Executive Pastry Chef Ned Archibald’s famous chocolate village at the Keystone Lodge & Spa. Families will also enjoy the grand opening of the Kidtopia Snow fort atop Dercum Mountain on Thursday, December 22, with the season’s first Kidtopia event kicking off on Friday, December 27. Festive events will animate the resort throughout the Holiday season, including the Keystone Aglow lights and Icestravaganza in the River Run and Lakeside Villages and a presentation of A Christmas Carol at Warren Station. Kids of all ages will enjoy time with the season’s most famous character, Santa Claus, as Santa and live reindeer will make several pre-Christmas appearances and kids can fuel up for the slopes with breakfast with Santa on December 24.
Children big and small will wonder at the Holiday magic at Keystone. From carols in the River Run Village to warm cookies at check-in, the resort comes alive with Holiday spirit; while skiers and riders will enjoy superior on-snow conditions and a variety of terrain. Holiday meals can be enjoyed at an array of on-mountain and resort restaurants and there is no shortage of Holiday fun, from ice skating to tubing, sleigh rides to snow bikes. Plus, families will enjoy memories this season with the new EpicMix photo and collage functions, with free pictures and sharing on social media outlets.
